I just watched the video from heat 1. I counted 11 lead changes, 4 different leaders and 18 passes. That was best racing of the year in my humble opinion. Looking forward to the next event.
That 33 kart was impressive, way to go Don!

Phil I just watched the video from the main. That was so close at the finish. Looks like you only needed 12 more inches. I would like to see your gopro footage. Nice job!
Night racing was cool. We should do that again.

Ya Bill, 0.045 seconds is probably about 1ft. I'll pull out the gopro and get a video up soon. Really had a good time with the Sat night race also. Lets do it again!

Phil,
Congrats on the race between you and Bill. Close racing is what makes this so much fun. Thanks also for posting the video showing the challenge of night racing - personally I'm lobbying for blinking LED lights for the apexes for next night race. I think I hit every set of tires out there......and still had a blast!
Can't wait till July!

Lights on the cones would be pretty cool. . . I'd be willing to sponcer a corner to get some LED lights if that's what it takes.

Phil,
Nice job winning the pole. You are really fast on the southeast side!
You get my vote for rookie of the year.

Thanks Bill, the kart had a pretty good day.
The clutch broke during the main, but I didn't really notice it until I tried to stop and the kart wanted to keep going. . . Been trying to find a replacement, but they are not to be had.
So the Rotax is installed now, and I'm ready to head off the learning cliff again. . . Can't wait!

I heard this past weekend got a little dicey as well. Next year when I come back some of that stuff won't happen when I'm there.
