where is better to mount a seat strut on the engine side ? 1. To the outside bearing cassett or to the inside bearing cassett ? Thanks for you help...

In my opinion, neither is better than the other. I believe it is a tuning option. Mounting it further outboard is going to increase your weight leverage over the outside wheel, increasing the weight jacking effect. Mounting it inboard reduces the lever advantage over the rear axle, and therefore reduces the weight jack.
So if that's true, then you mount it according to the tuning adjustment you need on your kart.
For me, I just mounted it wherever it gave maximum clearance to the exhaust pipe, and I figured I will tune around that baseline.

I was tought to mount the seat strut to the outer bearing to make the chassis work properly. As Doug said it can be difficult to work around the pipe. I made one that cleared everything but kept breaking until I added a second one to the inner bearing.
