I run hpv 2 and i need 60 pounds of weight. I have put 30 pounds. I have put 1 on the top of the seat and 1 on each side. And 1(big one) on the front between the pedals. Do you have any recommendations of where to put the extra weights?

Shogo,
It would really help to scale your kart, which a local kart shop will do at a reasonable cost. Most chassis should be set up with a weight distribution between:
55% Rear/ 45% Front and 60% Rear/40% Front
It varies by Chassis maker recomendations. You should also target 50-50 side to side ratio. Weight distributions are with the driver and fuel in the kart.
With that being said this is how we put 70 lbs on an HPV-2 seat when Jacob first moved up to HPV-2:
2x10 lbs on the top of the back of the seat (side by side) 1 x 10 lbs on the left side of the seat 2 x 5 lbs underneath each front corner of the seat (You could substitute a singe 10lbs underneath the middle if it will fit. 1 x 10lbs on the right side of the seat 2 x 10 lbs on the botton of the back of the seat if it will fit.
We did not put any weight on the front to get the proper distribtution, but your kart could be different. Also note that to hang this much weight, you need a good strong seat like a Tillet. Some of the stock factory seats are soft and will crack under the load of all that lead...
Disclaimer - This worked well for us, but you and your kart might need to spread the weight around a bit differently. Be sure to use strong bolts, washers, nuts and safety wire.

Hey shogo, i just got a new kart and had Frank at FXracing do it. He scales and puts the weight on. Thats the easier way to go.
