Now this may seem like a silly or dumb question, BUT I'd like to know IF a kart would fit into my PT Cruiser IF I removed the rear wheels?? I'm thinking I'll have to buy a small ATV trailer to transport a kart and accessories back and forth, BUT it sure would be better if it would all fit inside the PT. Along with the trailer comes a hitch, registration (minimal $$$'s) and insurance(??).
Since I have my garage pretty much filled up with cars, does anyone use one of those vertical storage stands for their kart(s)?? Does anyone also use one of those foldable Red Trailers that look like they may just fit in my garage between my muscle cars??
Sorry about all the posers. I find it VERY useful to consult the EXPERTS on these kinds of issues before I end up buying stuff I really don't need. Is there a local shop that stores karts and brings them to the races for people with limited storage space??
THANKS, guys and gals!! ALL your assistance and venerable knowledge is much appreciated!!!

Contact Peter at Go-Karting in Vista (760-727-9900). He may have the capability to store your kart, and haul to the track. There are many people who store their karts using one of the vertical kart stands. Draining the fuel tank may be one of those habits you'll need to remember.

THANKS, Bill!! The kart I bought Sunday comes with one of those vertical stands and it looks like it will work fine for me. I am going to buy one of those foldable 4x8' trailers and I think I'll be able to make room in the garage for that too. I also think I'll just borrow my son's F-150 when I'm going to haul everything out of town (Moran and Perris - if I make those races). Much less hassle, IMO. I mailed my SDKA membership papers several minutes ago and I hope to pick up my kart and stuff this Saturday.
